Why the byline is organizational
A single honest byline is more useful than invented expertise. When named contributors are added, their biography will state the work they performed and the subjects they are qualified to review.
Who is responsible for what
Editorial owns topic selection, source review, writing and corrections. Product owns the private browser tools, accessibility and technical quality. One accountable editor signs off before publication under the And You? editorial policy.
Source review and accountability
The editor checks whether a claim needs direct evidence, whether a script leaves room for consent and whether a limitation is visible where a reader needs it. The source register lists the research and standards used in published work. Material corrections remain visible in the update log instead of being hidden behind a changed date.
