Editorial Policy
How we write, review, update and correct our work.
Useful guidance for real people
We publish to help a reader have a more thoughtful, respectful conversation. We do not create pages because a keyword exists, change dates without material revisions or use automation to imitate experience we do not have.
How a guide is made
An editor defines the reader's real situation, reviews relevant source material and writes the practical structure, scripts and limitations. Automation may help with organization or quality checks, but an accountable editorial owner remains responsible for accuracy, usefulness and final publication.
How we review claims
Behavioral or research claims require a direct, reputable source listed in our source register. Advice is presented as adaptable practice, not medical or mental-health treatment. We distinguish observation from evidence and remove claims we cannot support.
Corrections and updates
Substantive revisions are recorded in the editorial update log. We correct factual errors promptly and do not silently refresh publication dates. Readers can report a concern to the editorial team.
Commercial independence
Advertising and partnerships never buy coverage, links or favorable conclusions. Paid placement is clearly labeled and kept outside editorial decisions.
